Planningtorock - The breaks / Living it out

"More ominous, genuinely creepy melodrama from Knife collaborator Janine Rostron — aka Planningtorock — in the form of this bizarre video for her awesome new pop jam "The Breaks."

"Janine Rostron has directed her own video for Planningtorock track 'Living it Out'just like the videos for The Breaks and Doorway. The track even hits you with a disco beat that takes you a little off guard, but still seems to fit within the progression of the album
Rostron serenades with a pulsating tempo, followed by the rush of precise string arrangements, chanting "Living it up / Living it down / Living it in / Living it out." The track is faster and takes a break from the aforementioned haunting lyrical pieces.
Filmed at a strange old monument in Berlin called Königskolonnaden, built in 1777.she explained, of her "The nice thing about being creative, you get to stretch and play around with who you are and how you look."
Living It Out is taken from Planningtorock's 'W' album - which is out now on DFA.
